Salchi-papas
Posted by: HoboSylvain | 2015-01-10 18:05:10 | Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia
Keywords: fries
One popular street dish, especially in the South of Colombia, is the salchi-papas. That's basicially just French fries with usually fried weiners chunks as well. It's being eaten with the usual pink salsa as I show here. It's available at room temperature but they're better when warm and freshly done. That kinda reminds me of poutine.
